The plants are arcane spirits with deep wisdom, awareness, and power. By connecting to them in medicine, magic, ritual, and initiation, we connect to their roots and branches to gather in the energies we need to cultivate harmony.

As a traditionally-trained clinical herbalist, I work with clients to explore the best plant allies, remedies, and protocols that meet them where they are and support their wellness goals- but that’s just the beginning. My work with herbal medicine is rooted in energetics; the unique spirit of each person, the ways they manifest disharmony, and the spirits of the plants that are best suited to help heal. From there, I guide clients into powerful work with the green allies that helps to attune, align, and connect.

Plant spirit work shows up in various expressions across time and place. It is a heart-centered practice of invoking the plants, in spirit, to move through the various levels of being to affect positive transformation. In my work, this expresses as a gentle, hands-on form of energy work where we attune to the plant spirits that are appropriate for your goals- or those that have shown up in our collaborative visionary work together.
